2. Physical Classroom Management
2.1 Is the classroom well-ventilated? ✓
2.2 Is the lighting good enough? ✓
2.3 Is the classroom free from noise? ✓
2.4 Does the seating arrangement provide better interaction? ✓

2.6 Is the physical space/learning station clear from obstruction? ✓

ANALYZE
Analyze the different elements of personal/physical classroom management and answer the
following question?
1. How does the voice of the teacher effect classroom instruction?
Answer: A calm, courteous tone conveys that you are in command of the class and know
exactly what you're doing. Speaking softly to students has a calming impact. You can
relieve classroom agitation and anxious strain just by opening your mouth. Teachers that
speak in a loud, stressed-out, and fast-paced manner are likely to stress their students.

2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?

organized and prompt. Furthermore, it would send a positive message to pupils about
what is expected of them right from the start. This makes it easy to maintain control, and
the wheels of teacher success would have been in action.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?

Answer: The physical layout of a classroom has a significant impact on student
motivation and learning. Students' participation in the process of constructing their
surroundings can empower them, foster community, and boost motivation.

R REFLECT
Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.
1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.
“No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom management.”
Answer: This statement only means that Effective classroom management will have an
impact on the instruction, resulting in a positive outcome.

2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?

Answer: Have a well-thought-out lesson plan. Knowing what I'm going to do is an
important part of effective classroom management. My lesson will most likely run more
smoothly if I have a good strategy. When planning, I'll sketch out my intended flow for
the semester or year so that I can make sure I've covered everything I need to.

1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to
better classroom management? Explain your answer.

and teachers, particularly in classroom management. It is extremely beneficial, especially
in ensuring that a student works productively and openly in the classroom, which will
lead to the student achieving their goal.

2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have
