After you participated or assisted in using resources /instructional materials in teaching-learning, described what
you observed and experienced by answering the items below.
A great deal of planning has gone into this. I was looking forward to seeing how I might use those
resource items into the class.
2. Describe how you or the teacher utilized the resources/instructional materials. Narrate your experience as

The resource teacher emphasizes to her pupils the need of being responsible in completing
assignments, activities, and projects on time. Through the use of Google Classroom the
instructor creates her own learning resources, which are learning modules. She was able to do it because
of her perseverance and hard work. She devotes time to creating precise and well made modules. Her
desire to
be an excellent teacher to her students astounded me.
3. What were your feelings and thoughts while you were assisting with the use of the
resources/materials?
Every time the resource teacher asked for our assistance, I was overjoyed. It will serve as a stepping
stone or training ground for us to become better teachers in the future. From planning to presenting th e
lesson topic to the students everything is covered.
4. Describe how the students responded and participated.
Some students completed their assignments on time, while others were unable to finish the
assignment.
Analyze
In the course of the lesson's substance. Those reference resources are critical for learning to take
place. Resource materials are a tool that makes it easier for teachers to del iver lessons and for students
to
use.
The planning process for selecting the finest instructional resources. It's critical to employ
materials that are both effective and respectable, and that converge on learning o utcomes. Choosing the
most important resources, as having too many might create distraction and loss of attention.
What would you have done differently? What would I change? What will make it better next time?
I'll make certain that my reference resources are excellent and helpful. Teaching is continuously
changing, thus I'll research and develop my materials utilizing multimedia and other modern tools.
Reflect
3. What can I do to learn more about and practice the use of resources and instructional materials?
Individual attention can be piqued by using instructional materials to create an interest objective
that will assist the learner in achieving direct effort. It fosters effective l earning and meaningful
communication. It ensures improved retention, resulting in increased long-term learning. The first thing
that will help me in making excellent use of materials and resources is to understand what the learners
see or hear? Is it possible for students to experiment and create? Are the resources and media supporting
and aligned with the stated learning goals? Is there enough interaction and participation? From
those questions, it can be concluded that this is the guidance for me and us i n making effective
use of
materials and resources.
This part allows you to synthesizes or put together what you noticed, analyzed and reflected on to
come up with a possible topic to explore for an action research.
OBSERVE
1. Doing this episode on selecting and using resources/instructional materials, what problematic
situation/challenges/area of improvement did I find?
How can I or the instructor make the most of the materials? These are the questions that will guide
me in developing high-quality resources and content. Prioritize the things I need to do.

The concept that a child's environment influences his or her learning and behavior is known
as environmentalists learning theory. It was connected to this notion because if the environment
was organized and all learning tools were available to pupils, they would be able to reach their maximum
potential and talents. Student learning acquisition is aided by a conducive setting with learning
resources.
3. What do I hope to achieve to address the challenge/area of improvement? What change do I want to
achieve?
I expect to be able to solve the issue by requesting that the government aid in the growth of schoo ls
and the provision of adequate learning tools. For the time being, I'd like to make the best of what I have.

5. A teachers should consider all these criteria for choosing resource or material, EXCEPT:
Every topic in the school curriculum requires the use of instructional resources. This is,
without a doubt, critical in the educational process. They provide students opportunities
to connect with words, symbols, and ideas in ways that help them improve their reading,
listening, seeing, thinking, speaking, and writing skills via the use of media and
technology. Learning becomes more fascinating, practical, realistic, and attractive when
instructional materials are used. They also make it possible for both professors and
students to participate actively and successfully in class. They allow for the growth of self-
confidence and self-actualization as well
as the acquisition of skills and information.
Learning resources are crucial because they may help students reach higher levels
of success by facilitating their learning. This method enhances the learning process by enabling
the learner to individually explore the content while also giving repetition. As a result, in order
to execute the lesson and achieve equal learning, the teacher should select appropriate resources
or materials in instructing.
